CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland Police are investigating a shooting on an RTA bus.  It happened Monday night near E. 105th and Ashbury.

A spokesperson for RTA said the bus was caught in the crossfire of a gunfight.

Two people on the bus were shot, one was transported to the Cleveland Clinic by EMS, the other went to MetroHealth Medical Center on their own.

A third person was transported to the Cleveland Clinic with chest pains after the incident, but had not been shot.

An RTA spokesperson said four juveniles had been sitting at a bus shelter as the bus passed, and then the shooting started.  It's unclear if they were involved.
