CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The TSA agent accused of raping a boy he met through the Big Brother/Big Sister Program was arraigned on Tuesday.

Paul Magnuson pleaded not guilty to rape, gross sexual imposition and kidnapping. Bond was set at $2M.

Magnuson was also ordered to give up his passport and pilot's license.

Police say his victim was in the Big Brother/Big Sister program and had been mentored by Magnuson for two years.

44-year-old Magnuson was recently working overseas for the TSA, and was just brought back to Cleveland last week.
