STARK COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

A Stark County father who was caught making fun of a disabled little girl has been sentenced.

William Bailey was sentenced Tuesday to an amended charge of aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct.

He got 30 days in jail and was fined a total of $400.

Back in October Bailey and his son were caught on tape limping across the street -- apparently mocking their neighbor who has with Cerebral Palsy.  It was part of a twisted neighborhood feud.

Bailey is expected to turn himself in on January 2nd.
