Fugitive with distinctive tattoos wanted for attempted murder

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Anthony "Face" Willis.

Willis is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the East Cleveland Police Department. Willis is charged with attempted murder.   It is alleged that back in June of this year, Willis fired nine shots at a subject, striking him numerous times, after a neighborhood dispute.  Willis has a lengthy criminal history and has previously served time in federal prison for transporting underage children across state lines to engage in prostitution.  Willis has very distinctive tattoos, including praying hands in the middle of his chest and a large, full color dollar sign on the middle of his throat.

Willis is a 31 year old black male standing approximately 5'11" and weighing 210 pounds.  He has a bald head and brown eyes.  Willis is believed to be hiding in the Cleveland area.  He also had a previous address near the 13400 block of 3rd Ave. in East Cleveland.
