LORAIN COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

Deputies say a body was found inside a burning car in a secluded area known as Swift's Hollow in Brownhelm Township near Gore Orphanage and Sperry Road.

Lorain County Sheriff deputies were called there around 6:17 a.m. Tuesday for a car fire. When they arrived on scene, deputies found the smoldering vehicle with human remains inside.

At this time foul play is not suspected, however the investigation is ongoing by the Lorain County Sheriff's Office and the Lorain County Coroner's Office.

The name of the deceased is not being released pending positive identification and notification to the next of kin.
