CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A local girl is sharing the gift of giving with the patients at a children's hospital.

Kailey Ray, 8, will donate 30 American Girl Dolls to patients at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center on Wednesday. The dolls were purchased through her "Kai's Love Hats" program, in which Kailey and her grandmother knit and sell matching hat sets for girls and their dolls.

All proceeds from the sales of the hat sets go directly towards the purchase of an American Girl Doll for patients at Children's.

Kailey will make the donation at 3 p.m.
