Warning: Traffic light not working at Snow Rd. and Chevrolet Blvd.

PARMA, OH (WOIO) -

Parma Police have reported that a traffic signal box on the southeast corner of Snow Road and Chevrolet Blvd. has been severely damaged after being struck during a police pursuit of a stolen vehicle earlier today around 2:00 AM.

Drivers should be aware that as a result of this incident, the traffic signal for this busy intersection will be out for an undetermined number of days.

Police want to remind the community that an intersection with a non-working light is to be treated as a four-way stop. Motorists are being asked to avoid the area if at all possible.
