Visiopharm has entered into a final agreement to acquire Digital Pathology Consultants. Effective immediately, Amanda Lowe founder of Digital Pathology Consultants will join the management team as the Director of Marketing for Visiopharm in the Americas.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of December. Ms. Lowe has over 8 years experience in all aspects of Digital Pathology.
