Woman makes nearly 50 harassing phone calls to local library

AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

An Akron woman charged after making dozens of harassing phone calls to a local library.

Lisa M. Jenkins, 21, was charged with Telecommunications Harassment.

Police tell 19 Action News Jenkins made 46 harassing phone calls to the Kenmore Library between November 8 and November 15.

Jenkins has a prior conviction for phone harassment from September of 2012.
