Trans-Siberian Orchestra's change of heart

After refusing to budge all day, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra has decided to bend a little.
 
According to officials with TSO, they are offering ticket holders a chance to exchange their tickets to Wednesday night's show, for a ticket to any other show this year or next year. 
 
This applies to any ticket holder who did not attend Wednesday night's event at the "Q" due to the weather.
 
The group though, is not issuing any refunds.
