Posted: Updated:

Around 8:47 P.M Thursday, Tyler Police were called to a report of a robbery of the Family Dollar at 1403 East Gentry.

Store employees told officers that two men entered the store.  One stood at the door as a look-out as the other approached the counter and produced a silver handgun, demanding money.

The robbers fled with an undetermined amount of money.

Both suspects are described as black males in their late teens or early 20's, 5'08" to 5'10" with medium builds.  One was wearing a black hoodie and blue bandanna, the other was wearing a brown hoodie.

Anyone with information is asked to call Tyler Police.
