CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty announced Attorneys Anthony O. Calabrese, III, Marc G. Doumbas, and Giles Timothy Marshall were each indicted on bribery charges.  

The prosecutors office maintains between April 19, 2012 and November 6, 2012, Attorneys Anthony O. Calabrese, III, 40, of Bentleyville, Marc G. Doumbas, 44, of Westlake, and Giles Timothy Marshall, 63, of Olmsted Falls, attempted to bribe two separate rape victims in a pending criminal case.

The indictment also states the bribe sought to change the victim's testimony in exchange for $150,000 in cash, including a $6,000 finder fee.

Friday's indictment is part of an ongoing corruption investigation. Investigators executed a search warrant at Calabrese's Bentleyville residence on December 18, where additional evidence was obtained. 

At approximately, 7 p.m. Thursday night, Calabrese turned himself in to the Bentleyville Police Department after learning of his arrest warrant. He is currently being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail.
