AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

Crews battled an early morning house fire in Akron.

Firefighters were called to the Beck Avenue home around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.

The cause remains under investigation, but firefighters say the blaze began on the 2nd floor. It is unknown if there were people living at the house when the fire started.

There are no injuries.
