Kent State golden in win over Cleveland StateCLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Kris Brewer and Randal Holt each scored 17 points in Kent State's 72-55 win over Cleveland State at the Wolstein Center.
The Golden Flashes got out to a double-digit lead in early in the first half and never looked back. Kent State lead by as many as 20 in the second half.
Bryn Forbes lead the way for Cleveland State with 12 points off the bench.
Kent State (9-5) will open Mid-American Conference play against Toledo on Wednesday.
The Vikings (8-6) will travel to Indiana to play Valparaiso on Friday.
