This free workshop will be presented by Shonda Kuiper, Associate Professor and Chair of the Mathematics and Statistics Department at Grinnell College, and Rod Sturdivant, Associate and Academy Professor at the United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y. and is designed to help instructors and undergraduate students see the benefits of using real-world problems and web-based games to teach and learn statistics.

Minitab representatives will be on hand throughout the Joint Mathematical Meetings, as well as during the event’s expo, January 9 – 12 at the San Diego Convention Center.
