Posted: Updated:
MEDINA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

The Medina County Health Department will provide an evening pediatric seasonal flu clinic for children six months of age through eighteen years of age only on Monday, January 14, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at 4800 Ledgewood Drive in Medina.

The clinic is first come, first served, while supplies last.

Pediatric seasonal flu vaccine is also available at a walk-in clinic Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at 4800 Ledgewood Drive in Medina.

In order to prevent delays in service, a parent or legal guardian must accompany all minor children.

Pediatric seasonal flu vaccine is $12 for Medina County children and $14.50 for out-of-county children. No child will be denied a flu vaccine due to inability to pay. They accept traditional Medicaid, Care Source, Well Care, and Buckeye Community.

Please bring all insurance cards. A parent or legal guardian photo ID is required.

Adult seasonal flu clinics are finished. The Medina County Health Department no longer has the adult seasonal flu vaccine.
