ALLIANCE, OH (WOIO) -
An Alliance man arrested for a vicious retaliation.
61-year-old James Lavon Harris was arrested on charges of attempted murder, aggravated burglary, menacing by stalking and retaliation.
Harris is accused of breaking into a home on East Market Street shortly after 8 p.m. Tuesday and strangling and stabbing a woman.
Harris was previously acquitted of raping of the same victim in 2011, resulting in the current retaliation charge.
