CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Tuesday, 19 Action News told you about nine teenage criminals who got a "get out of jail free" pass just in time for the holidays.

They came home to Cleveland from a Pennsylvania detention facility.

Now Investigator, Scott Taylor has discovered three of those guys never got back on the bus.

Nine kids brought back on a home pass for good behavior after spending at least four months at the posh Glen Mills School just outside of Philadelphia.

Teens locked up for robbery, domestic violence and burglary charges. Three never got back on the bus. One turned himself in to the detention center house after the bus left.  A second kid turned himself in eight days later and is now charged with escape.

The third teenage inmate is still on the loose.

The court does not put GPS tracking bracelets on the ankles of these kids.
