Thomas is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Lakewood Police Department. Thomas is wanted for rape and kidnapping. It is alleged that beginning back in August of 2012 and continuing through October of 2012, Thomas repeatedly raped a child under the age of 14.
Thomas is a 39-year-old black man standing approximately 5'10" and weighing 240 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Thomas is believed to be hiding somewhere in the Cleveland area. He also had a previous address near the 3300 block of W. 125th St. in Cleveland.
