PARMA HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) -

A statewide missing adult alert has been called off for Sharen Eckert, 67, of Parma Heights.

Police confirm that Eckert, who suffers from Alzheimer's, made a safe return to her home early Thursday morning.

According to the Ohio Missing Adult Alert website, Eckert was last seen on the morning of Wednesday, January 23, at her home on Snow Road.
