LORAIN, OH (WOIO) -

About 95 Soldiers from the Ohio Army National Guard's 837th Engineer Company in Lorain are deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

The unit's mission in Afghanistan will be to provide mobility support operations. The Soldiers will train at Fort Bliss, Texas, before deploying to their designated assignment location in Afghanistan.

    The outlook for job in Northeast of Ohio looks pretty promising according to a new report released by Team NEO. In the next decade they estimate the area to add 150,000 jobs. There is a bit a problem though and it will be finding the qualified and educated workers to fill the jobs especially in the medical industry. According to Jenny Febbs with Team NEO the challenge will be getting our young educated population to stay home as well as attracting people from other parts of the county.
