CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has now released the autopsy reports on the man and woman killed in a police chase and shooting last November.

30-year-old Malissa Williams was shot 24 times. She was shot in the head, neck, trunk and left arm.

43-year-old Timothy Russell was shot 23 times. He was shot in the head, neck and torso.

Both had cocaine in their systems.

The chief believes at least 61 police officers and at least 51 police cars were involved in the chase.

19 Action News has spoken exclusively with Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, and he says the investigation into the deadly police shooting is nearing completion, but it will be a few more weeks until its finished and released.

DeWine says the final report is starting to be written, but a few more things need to be done.

In response to the news the two people killed had cocaine in their system, DeWine said that is just "one piece of information in a bunch of information."

When the Attorney General's office finishes its report, it will be forwarded to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor for a ruling on whether any charges should be filed for the shooting.
