PERRYSBURG TOWNSHIP, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A man accused of killing his girlfriend last July is getting a new attorney.

In Wood County court Friday morning, Moya told the judge he was hiring attorney Adrian Cimmerman.

The judge set the next hearing for Feb. 23.

Moya is accused of fatally shooting Leandra Frankum at a home in Perrysburg Township. He has been charged with murder and tampering with evidence. His brother, Raul Moya, has been charged with obstructing justice after police say he helped Jose get away.
