Man "not concerned" about 5th OVI

ALLIANCE, OH (WOIO) -

Alliance Police busted a man for his 5th OVI.  The arrest happened Sunday around 9:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of W. State Street.

Police say Carlos Javier, 41 of Beloit told officers he "was not concerned about receiving another OVI charge" while he was being arrested.

His breath alcohol concentration was .155. He was placed under a license suspension pending his court appearance in Alliance.
