CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Police are investigating a sexual assault at a Cleveland Public School involving two students.
According to the police report, both the victim and the suspect are boys enrolled in learning disability classes.
A teacher tells police when she walked into the bathroom, she observed both males kneeling with their pants lowered. The victim stated the suspect asked him to have sex.
The suspect is now in custody.
The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment. A nurse says there was no obvious trauma.
