Pedestrian critically injured in hit and run, suspect sought

SOUTH EUCLID, OH (WOIO) -

The South Euclid Police Department is investigating a hit and run involving a pedestrian.

The accident happened at the intersection of Mayfield Road and Warrensville Center Road Tuesday at 9:40 p.m. 

The pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries and is currently in critical condition at Metro Health Medical Center. 

The suspect vehicle is described as a newer blue pickup truck with a possible red stripe on the side and a white plow on the front.  The suspect vehicle should have damage to the right front side and may have damage to the right plow light or fog light and be missing some plastic pieces from the front of the vehicle.
