A 21-year-old woman was rushed to MetroHealth Medical Center after being shot early Sunday morning.
Cleveland Police Officers say Charvezz Smith of Cleveland, was shot around 6:15 a.m. at 7571 Garden Valley Avenue. Smith was shot in the chest. No word yet on her condition.
Smith informed officers that she was in her apartment with the door open when she heard a male and a female arguing. During the argument she heard several shots and felt a pain in her chest. At this time the victim realized that she was shot.
Victim unable at this time to identify the individuals involved in the argument or shooter.
Further investigation reveals that there were several parties occurring in the building at the time of the shooting.
Fourth District Officers have arrested two males on warrants and three males for Obstruction of Official Business.
All arrested males will be conveyed to the Division's Central Prison Unit, where they will be booked, housed and awaitcharges.
