19-year old arrested and charged in Akron double shooting

AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

Police in Akron have arrested a suspect in a recent double shooting.

Detectives arrested Bryan D. Giles, 19, of Blanche Street.

He's been charged with aggravated murder, aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery in the shooting death of Jarrell Cunningham, 27, of Madison Avenue that occurred on Tuesday, February 5, 2013.

Cunningham's brother, Terrell Patterson, 20, was also shot. He is currently at Akron General Medical Center, listed in critical condition.

Bryan Giles was booked into the Summit County Jail.

Additional charges are expected.
