CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

William H. Crawley was found guilty by a jury for starting a massive fire at Valley Sterling Trucks in August.

The Cuyahoga County Prosecutors office says Crawley, 55, of Canton, was found guilty of the twenty-four count indictment including two counts of aggravated arson and twenty-two counts of arson.

On August 6, 2012, William Crawley started a fire at Valley Sterling Trucks on West 159th Street in Brook Park, where he was employed.

Crawley entered the garage bay and splashed gasoline into the cab of one of the numerous trucks stored inside. He then lit the gasoline with his cigarette lighter and closed the door.

Once the fire was established, Crawley alerted his supervisor, who was the only other person in the building at the time.

Multiple fire departments needed to respond to extinguish the fire.

Crawley's sentencing is set for Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at 1:30 pm.
