Indiana Beats Bucks In Columbus

Posted: Updated:

#1 Indiana looked like the best team in the country on Sunday when they went into Columbus and beat Ohio State 81-68. The Buckeyes have now lost two straight games, it's the first time that happened since in over three years.

Victor Oladipo scored 26 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead the Hoosiers. Cody Zeller, brother of Cavaliers center Tyler Zeller, scored 24. Christian Watford put in 20. DeShaun Thomas scored 26 to lead the Buckeyes.

The victory was Indiana's first against a Top-10 ranked Big Ten opponent since a 1993 win at Iowa. It was also the Hoosiers' first win against any team in the top 10 on the road since beating Notre Dame in 2000.

Indiana improved to 21-3 overall, 9-2 in Big Ten play. Ohio State fell to 17-6, 7-4 in the conference.
