Snow plow scam targets elderly in North Ridgeville

NORTH RIDGEVILLE, OH (WOIO) -

A snow plow scam in North Ridgeville.

North Ridgeville Police arrested Larry K. Dolin of Elyria for eight counts of theft by deception.

Police say Dolin took money to plow driveways for the winter and then never showed back up to do the work. The majority of the victims are 65 or older, which makes the offense a felony.

If anyone paid Dolin for work and he has never returned, for please contact the North Ridgeville Police Department at 440-327-2191.
