HUDSON, OH (WOIO) -
A water main break Wednesday on Middleton Road in Hudson has prompted a precautionary boil water advisory for Akron water customers in Hudson and Twinsburg Township, North of Middleton Rd. and including Middleton Rd.
If you live in these areas but do not have Akron water service, you are not affected.
Boil water for two minutes before drinking it. This advisory will remain in effect until further notice and will be a minimum of 24 hours.
255 Hudson water customers west of Lascala at Middlton Road will be out of water during this repair and are currently out of water
The City will begin the repair at 1 p.m. in order keep minimum pressure to the Hudson Elementary School. Repairs should be completed by 6 p.m., but an exact time cannot be certain until the full shutdown occurs and excavation begins.
