CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Fifth District Police are currently investigating the shooting of a 46-year-old black male which occurred on February 16, 2013 at approximately 4:15 a.m.

Officers arrived at the Zulu Clubhouse located at 1156 East 71st Street to find EMS already on scene and in the process of preparing the victim, Robert "Rhino" Harris, 46, for transport to MetroHealth Medical Center; he was shot in the chest and abdomen.    

No more information regarding his condition is available at this time.

The initial investigation reveals that shots were fired by an unknown suspect following a verbal altercation. 

One member of the crowd, Demetrius Clark, 44, fired back at the suspect and was arrested. 

The suspected shooter fled the scene on foot. 

The suspect is described as a black male, 5"9, slender, with a light complexion, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and red pants. 

Witnesses say that the suspect has a teardrop tattoo under his eye.
