
Cavaliers star Kyrie Irving won the NBA's Three Point Contest on Saturday night in Houston. Irving scored an impressive 18 in the first round to advance to the final round against San Antonio's Matt Bonner. He defeated Bonner 23-20 in the last round.
Irving is the first Cav since Mark Price to win the shootout. Price won it in 1993 and 1994.
Irving beat out the other five shooters; Paul George, Steve Novak, Ryan Anderson, Stephen Curry and Bonner. He will also compete in Sunday's All-Star Game.
