CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

It was about 4:45 a.m. Tuesday morning when a thief using a crow bar busted in the front door at the Christian Fellowship Center on Lakeshore Boulevard.  Security video picked up the whole crime, including the thief carrying out an expensive musical keyboard.

This is the third break-in at the church since September of last year, and all three times, the thief has stolen the church's musical equipment.

"I said not again, are you kidding me?," said church deacon, John McKinney.

Church leaders believe it's the same guy who has busted in all three times and has stolen, in total, four keyboards and some microphones, worth close to $16,000 dollars.

"I don't know how anyone can break into a church and sleep at night, I don't know how they can have a conscience like that," said McKinney.

Police are on the case, and insurance has covered the loss, but their insurance rates have already jumped and probably will again.

The thief is most likely selling the keyboards and microphones for a quick buck and church leaders are hoping someone comes forward with information.

"Obviously he's got a problem, maybe drugs. He's breaking into peoples homes and churches to get money, I'd like to see him get some help, get into a church home and get into the word of God," said McKinney.
