CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A mom and dad arrested in a meth lab bust Wednesday, are now facing criminal charges.

Ryan Stetzy and Candice Stetzy are charged with drug trafficking and endangering children. They will be arraigned Friday.

At approximately 10:15 am Wednesday, Second District Officers received a radio assignment to respond to 1825 Willowdale Avenue to assist housing court bailiffs with an eviction.

The bailiffs had discovered drug paraphernalia.

The preliminary investigation revealed the floor of the home to have garbage, syringes and drug paraphernalia scattered about.

Also visible were items used to make methamphetamine and suspected methamphetamine.

The Second District Vice Unit responded to the scene for investigation. Officers detained a male and female.

Immediately following finding the suspected methamphetamine, Officers evacuated the home along with the male and female and their 3 children.

The Cleveland Division of Police bomb squad responded to the scene.

The male and female were placed under arrest.

The children, ages 1, 2 and 4 were released into the custody of a family member.
