Police are looking for the suspect in the shooting death of a 17-year-old boy. Deandre McDowell was found dead in the 3700 block of Lexington Avenue in Lorain on Friday, May 17.

MADISON TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) -

Madison Township Police and Fire were called to the intersection of Hubbard Road and Tarbell Avenue just after 11 p.m. Friday for a male laying in the roadway.

The male was transported to Lake Health Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Police say it appears the man had been struck by a vehicle and left at the scene.

The vehicle is believed to be white or cream colored and should have front end damage, possibly including the windshield.
