The Public Animal Welfare Society of Ohio (PAWS) is teaming up with PetSmart to find loving families for homeless pets during national adoption weekend.

PAWS and PetSmart stores in Parma and Mayfield Heights will offer a variety of cats, kittens, dogs and puppies for adoption.

When: Saturday, Feb. 23
Where: PetSmart
6870 Ridge Road, Parma
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

PetSmart
1521 Golden Gate Plaza, Mayfield Height
Noon - 4 p.m.

Adoption rates: Name your adoption price for cats over one year old ($5 minimum). Kittens = $50 each or two for $75. Dogs = $150, Puppies = $175.
