Three major restaurant chains in the Toledo area are without a single violation, but two popular restaurants among college students are facing double-digit violations.

Several restaurants in this week's Restaurant Ratings Report can be found on Monroe Street in west Toledo.

If you're ready for a meal without worry, Red Lobster awaits. Lucas County health inspectors found zero violations.

At Nutty's Cabin, inspectors found two violations: A hand sink is in need of soap and paper towels, and at least one employee will need to become certified in food safety.

Two violations were also found at Sori Sushi. Employees will have to make way to a hand sink because access to at least one is currently blocked. Plus, employees must modify how they thaw shrimp. Inspectors noted shrimp thawing in standing water in a sink. Foods should be thawed under cold running water in a sink, under refrigeration or as part of the cooking process. Otherwise, the restaurant is said to be clean and well-maintained.

Bier Stube has seven violations to correct. Access to a sink was also blocked here. Shirts were being stored on top of food items, roast beef was found sitting out at room temperature, and pulled pork was said to be expired.

From Monroe Street to Holland-Sylvania Road, inspectors found four violations at Hong Kong Restaurant. Expired egg rolls, food items plopped on the floor and raw bacon stored above ready-to-eat foods were noted throughout the facility.

The Original Pancake House on West Central Avenue served up three violations. The restaurant is said to be without sanitizer and an employee was seen not wearing gloves while preparing food. Inspectors also found a torn gasket on a cooler.

Sidelines III on Telegraph Road is faced with 13 violations. Thawing issues will need to be addressed as inspectors saw fish thawing in a sink with dirty dishes, as well as fish and feta dip thawing in standing water. Inspectors also noted food items sitting on the floor, and raw beef sitting above whole cuts of pork, which can lead to cross-contamination.

The Oasis on Dorr Street leads the way with 15 violations. Inspectors found improper cooling of chili and meat, food items stored on the floor, raw ground beef stored above raw whole muscle beef, a sink blocked and a lack of date marking.

Add Wendy's on Dorr Street and Marco's Pizza on Laskey Road in west Toledo, plus Bavarian Sports Club on Lagrange Street in north Toledo to the list. All were without violations.
