NEWBURY TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) -

St. Helen Elementary School in Newbury Township is closing early due to no heat, water and electricity.

They all went out around 9 a.m. after a transformer blew.

Students will be dismissed between noon and 1 p.m.

Buses will be taking the children home.
