TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

Tyler police are on the scene of a fatal accident.

Information is still coming in to the KLTV 7 newsroom, but witnesses say that it looks like one car collided with a traffic light pole at the intersection of Loop 323 and Old Jacksonville Highway.

Tyler police say one woman was killed in the crash, but her name has not yet been released.
