CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

More than 100 Ohio High School students could be involved in a huge sexting investigation.

The whole mess has thrust Madeira High School in Cincinnati into national headlines. As many as 10 girls have been accused of sending nude pics of themselves via cell phone. The problem is those pics have been circulated to other students possibly hundreds of times.

12 to 15 phones have been taken as evidence because in some cases the girls are minors, one girls just 14, which constitutes disseminating child porn. It's something this and many school districts have tried to warn students about.

Via Skype we caught up with Tim Woda, who's a part of www.uKnow.com ,a website trying to make parenting in this digital age easier.

"Children, kids in general, have a sense of it's not going to happen to me and so I don't think they take into, they don't have the same sense of self preservation that you or I might have," warns Woda.

And this father should know. His 14-year-old son was lured on-line by a middle school teacher. Woda's son was never hurt, but the teacher now serving prison time raping others.

"Parenting itself hasn't changed. It still involves talking to your kids early and often about making safe responsible choices. it's still about staying engaged," advices Woda.
