CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland Police were called to a house on Benwood Avenue after a man and his girlfriend were followed out of a bar after an altercation.

The victim told police that he was inside Joe D's Bar at E. 131st and Miles when he was involved in an altercation with a male.

When he left the bar, several males followed him out.  He heard one of them say they were going to shoot him, so the victim said he ran.

The victim, 21-year-old Antonio Harris was transported to MetroHealth Medical center with a laceration to the face and bruises all over his body.  Harris' girlfriend was uninjured.
