CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
The 12-year-old girl shot by her father Monday morning on Cleveland's west side is in critical condition at Metro.
The shooting happened at 3:45 a.m. in the 2000 block of West 104th Street.
Police say the girl was shot in the chest by her father, Robert Arnold. Arnold, 46, died after shooting himself in the head.
The little girl called her mother for help after she was shot. The mother immediately called police and then rushed to the scene.
The mother told police she allowed her daughter to spend the night with her dad, but believed there was some kind of dispute between the two per a phone call.
