CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH (WOIO) -
Cuyahoga Falls High School is closed Friday due to a bomb threat.
The Superintendent tells 19 Action News an email threat was received early Friday morning, and suggested an IED was in the school and would detonate during school hours.
The Summit County Sheriff and a bomb sniffing dog conducted a thorough search of the building. Nothing suspicious was found.
An investigation has been launched by Cuyahoga Falls Police, as well as federal authorities.
