CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
A man has been arrested for the murder of a woman at a Cleveland apartment building last week, and records show the suspect had done 10 years in prison for involuntary manslaughter.
Records show the arrest comes in connection with the death of 47-year-old Jacqueline Cooper. She died last Friday afternoon on West 151st Street. Court records show she had been shot in the head. She was found in the suspect's apartment and he hadn't been to work in days.
The man is sitting in the city jail pending charges.
