TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A semi truck fire early Friday morning caused traffic issues on Interstate 75.

The truck carrying bottled water caught fire on southbound I-75 at the Washington Street exit.

Toledo police had several cars blocking the far inside right lane to unload the truck and prepare to tow the trailer. According to police, the roadway has reopened.

Police say brakes on the semi overheated causing the fire.

No one was injured.
