CLEVELAND, OH -

Court records just filed outline the Cleveland Police drunk driving case against Councilman Zack Reed and this includes more than what we've seen on police video.

Earlier this month, police arrested Reed for drunk driving a third time. He refused a breath test. Police video shows officers testing his balance and judgment in the street with other tests and audio from the police car camera picked up statements from the officers and Reed that could be incriminating.

The records outline some of the statements by Reed police may use in court. "I don't understand what's going on here. One or two beers put me over. I had a beer or two. Two beers means that I'm over. I did two beers and a Listerine."

And the records reveal, police have other statements by Reed in the booking room that they may use.

Plus, police say they found two receipts from bars with Reed. One tab paid shortly before the traffic stop.

The next court hearing will happen Tuesday morning.

Reed is fighting the charges.
