CHARDON, OH (WOIO) -

A Middlefield math teacher accused of inappropriately touching young girls was in court Wednesday morning.

Samuel Paskey, a Cardinal High School teacher, pleaded not guilty to three counts of sexual imposition.

Paskey bonded out of jail on Tuesday night, and a remained free after his arraignment on Wednesday.

19 Action News has learned the alleged incidents happened at the high school. Paskey was put on leave by the school district in late February. He later resigned on March 14.
