Indians send Trevor Bauer, two others down to minorsCLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Trevor Bauer will start the season in Triple-A Columbus. Bauer, along with Scott Barnes and Corey Kluber were optioned to the Clippers by the Indians on Thursday.
Bauer was the third overall pick in the 2011 MLB Draft and the key piece of the Shin-Soo Choo trade in December.
Giovanni Soto was assigned to minor league camp.
